Categories

Categories allow you to group your events together, this allows you to link a number of related events to a single button on the front end of the site – the plugin will then display the events in the category – along with their featured images, short descriptions and booking buttons.

You can add a category by clicking on the Add button, or edit an existing one by clicking on it’s name. In either case, you then add or remove events from the category as you see fit. There are no restrictions on editing categories.

To display a category on the front end of the site, insert a shortcode where you want the button to appear – For more details, see the section on shortcodes.
