Scheduling Examples

Below are a few examples of how to configure an event schedule, these examples should help you to configure the scheduling details for your own events. You can mix and match as much as needed to get exactly the schedule you need for your event.

Note: If you need to disable bookings due to a vacation, or other one-off or temporary reasons, use Bookings -> Options -> Vacation Dates instead, it will block bookings for the date range entered and will apply across all event types without needing to edit any schedules.

Example 1 – Event available Mon-Fri

Add an Active Time to the schedule

Turn on the “Days of the week” toggle, and check the boxes for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Example 2 – Event available on the first Monday of every month

Add an Active Time to the schedule.

Turn on the Days of the Week toggle, and check the Monday box.

Turn on the Weeks of the month toggle, and check the Week 1 box.

Example 3 – Event available every day between March and November

Add an active Time to the schedule.

Turn on the Months of the year toggle, and check the boxes for March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November.

Example 4 – Event available Dec 15th to Mar 15th

Add an Active Time to the schedule.

Turn on the Months of the year toggle, and check the box for December. Turn on the Days of the Month toggle, and check the boxes for the 15th-31st

Add a second Active Time – this time select the month of March, and the days 1st-15th

Finally, add a third active time, with the months of January and February selected.

Example 5 – Event available every day except Dec 25th and Jan 1st

Add an Active Time to the schedule

Do not configure any of the Limits.

Add an Exception to the schedule

Turn on the Days of the Month toggle, and check the box for the 25th

Turn on the Months of the year toggle, and check the box for December

Add an Exception to the schedule

Turn on the Days of the month toggle, and check the box for the 1st

Turn on the Months of the year toggle, and check the box for January.
