Reschedule

A booking can be rescheduled to change the date and time of the event. To initiate this process, select the “Reschedule” option from the Order Details page.
Tickets
You can choose to reschedule all of the tickets in the booking, or only reschedule some of them. By default, all tickets will be rescheduled.
Reschedule
The events calendar is displayed here, showing only the type of event which is being rescheduled. You can select a new date and time from here. Once the new date and time are selected, the calendar will be replaced with the new details. You can use the “Change” button to display the calendar again and choose a different date and time.
Confirm Changes
Clicking the “Confirm Changes” button will cause the requested changes to be applied. You will be returned to the Order Details page, where you will see the changes.
